Withdrawals

Email verification and 2FA setup are mandatory for withdrawals. You will need to add a beneficiary address and verify it before withdrawing. Click here for more information on 2FA setup.

To add a beneficiary address:

1. Head to your wallet.

2. Select the currency/ token you wish to withdraw.

3. Add a beneficiary address.

4. Confirm it with your pin

To withdraw

1. Head to your wallet.

2. Select the currency/ token you wish to withdraw.

3. Select the beneficiary address.

4. Enter the amount and the 2FA pin.

5. Click withdraw.
